We're bringing back the Aerobics class! Choreographed to music, this class is so much fun, you'll forget you're actually working out.

Aerobics is a high intensity, cardio workout involving body weight exercises. Routines aim to improve all aspects of fitness - muscular, cardiovascular and flexibility - through a blend of rhythmic aerobic exercises, stretching and strengthening exercises. 

Malcolm has been teaching Aerobics for a number of years and now brings this class to Malvern Active.

Day/time: Thursday at 1:00PM (45mins) with Malcolm
