Get Active this National Fitness Day!
We all know the benefits of regular exercise - a healthier heart, increased wellbeing, and a better quality of life. However, being regularly active and retaining a level of fitness can be hard for some.
National Fitness Day aims to highlight the simple and easy steps you can make to become more physically active and all the while enjoy it.
We’re extremely proud of how active our members are, but we’re intrigued to find out exactly how active they all are! This Wednesday we’ll be asking our members to record the distance they cover on the treadmill, kilometres spun on the bike and lengths swam in the pool. Accumulating the totals, we’ll see how far each of the disciplines manages to accomplish in a day.
We’ll also be going live on Instagram and Twitter! Throughout the day, our experienced staff will be demonstrating easy, simple to follow workouts, as well as offering helpful advice.
