Climbing uses lots of muscle groups, both in the upper and lower body and has been found to improve stamina, muscle strength, flexibility and agility with regular training. If you'd like to start including climbing in your fitness activities, here's how you can get qualified.
Beginners Climbing Course for Adults
If you're looking to learn the ropes, our beginner's classes are the safest way to learn the skills required to become a competent belayer and climber. The course covers how to use PPE correctly, basic knots, belaying technique and basic climbing technique.
Children's Climbing Courses
Children's climbing courses are open to children aged 7+.
