Yes, you can cancel bookings via the app however, you must give 3 hours notice otherwise a late fee may apply.
Yes, gym or swim require a £6 guest fee. Racket sports require a £2 guest fee and Classes an £8 fee.
We understand that life happens. Speak to our reception team about temporary membership holds for extended absences – we’re usually able to accommodate reasonable requests based on medical grounds.
