Booking & attending a Group Exercise Class (from the 1st August)
Arrive ready with your own mat and equipment.
Please arrive promptly or wait in the car park until the class time before approaching the building.
Please note, the entrance to the building is now right of the usual entrance.
You will be asked to sanitise your hands at the sanitising station in reception.
Then you will need to scan your membership card at the desk in front of reception.
Follow the new one-way route towards the changing rooms (which will not be open) and signs to the studio via the back stairs if you are attending Yoga or Pilates. All other classes (Body Blast, Boxercise, Bootcamp, Lean & Mean, Tone & Flex and Indoor Cycling) will take place in the Sports Hall (or outside in some cases – you will be advised of this at reception).
Please be aware, to incorporate adequate cleaning, classes will be slightly shorter than usual. There will be no shared equipment available, this includes mats so please bring your own.
Please keep to social distancing at all times and ensure you always maintain your own personal hygiene, continuing to sanitise your hands regularly throughout your visit.
The class instructor will explain exiting routes and procedures.
