Tim has a great enthusiasm for health and fitness and believes that keeping healthy should not be a chore and can take place inside or outdoors.
Tim Curtis undertakes one-to-one to identify training styles that will motivate and enable everyone to achieve their own goals.
This ensures that training sessions match both the individual’s personality and fitness targets.
Tim holds a REPS qualification and is a qualified Nordic Walking instructor, swim instructor and Mountain Bike Leader. Tim specialises in cardiovascular conditioning, weight loss/gain, toning and sports coaching.
Tim also works as a spin instructor here at Malvern College and competes at a National level in mountain biking.
