From a young age Adam was classed as overweight and decided to make a change by taking up physical activity through Swimming and Rugby. Soon he reached national standards in Swimming and reached county level for Rugby. With knowledge learnt from professional trainers he became physically fit and adopted a healthy lifestyle.
With a wide knowledge of strength training and fat loss techniques both physically and nutritionally, Adam looks to bring out the best in everyone, both physically inside the gym and in lifestyle outside of the gym. Based at our gym in Malvern, Adam is a qualified instructor in the following disciplines:
