    Sarah Shaw (BSc Hons) is a fitness instructor here at Malvern Active and also teaches our Spinning classes, Lean and Mean, and Tone & Flex.

    Tim Curtis (NVQ L2, PTS L3, NWUK L2, ASA, SMBLA MBL, REPS L3) undertakes one-to-one or group consultations to identify training styles that will motivate and enable everyone to achieve their own goals.
