Yes the class is suitable for all levels, our instructors will take you through bike set up and features and explain the session in detail.
Definitely! The instructors (especially David!) is always open to suggestions from members on song choices, if he choose to put them in his playlist it is a big compliment!
No! Anyone can come to a Spin class – you don’t even need to be very fit! All fitness levels and ages can work together in one class
Wear comfortable clothes preferably long shorts or tight fitting leggings. You will get hot, so dress accordingly!
