Sarah’s indoor cycling is the antidote for desk working! Classes are tough but fun with Sarah being attentive to new and established members. Both cardio and strength routines which have really helped my lungs post covid!

Dave’s spin class is always a fun class where you work at your own intensity level but are motivated by to push the boundaries outside your comfort zone. Dave is highly professional regardless of your ability - he is very encouraging and occasionally has a sense of humour...Be warned the classes are highly addictive!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT INDOOR CYCLING

Do I need to bring any equipment? 

Just bring a water bottle and comfortable clothes. We provide mats and other equipment.

Is this class suitable for beginners?

Yes the class is suitable for all levels, our instructors will take you through bike set up and features and explain the session in detail. 

Are you open to music suggestions?

Definitely! The instructors (especially David!) is always open to suggestions from members on song choices, if he choose to put them in his playlist it is a big compliment! 

Do I need to be a cyclist?

NoAnyone can come to a Spin class – you don’t even need to be very fitAll fitness levels and ages can work together in one class

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes preferably long shorts or tight fitting leggingsYou will get hot, so dress accordingly!
