Aerobics in the pool
Aqua Fit is a wonderful way to exercise.
It gives you a good cardio-vascular workout, gently increasing your pulse and breathing rate, so it’s great for helping to improve your heart health. The resistance of the water means that opposing muscle groups are worked in each movement as you push and pull against it (buoyancy lifts and supports the body, giving a wonderful feeling of freedom)
Day/Time: Monday at 8.00pm with Vikki

Always great to come back and use @MalvernActive facilities. Amazing to think it was ten years ago that I used to train in the old pool!
