New Yoga class at Malvern Active

Introducing Hatha Yoga every Thursday at 7.15pm - 8.15pm.

Linking breath and movement through a sequence of yoga postures to improve your flexibility, strength, reduce stress levels and increase vitality!

This is a comprehensive class focusing on the various elements of yoga, such as posture work with Vinyasa flow, breathing techniques and culminates with a short relaxation.

Taken by Laura, who's practised yoga for over nine years and welcomes you to take part in her strengthening and interactive class!
