After a successful trial we are offering Pure Strength - a specific coaching course in our specialist strength and conditioning suite. Designed to make you stronger, faster, bigger and leaner. Ideal for the sports performer, or someone who wants to gain strength and muscle in the most optimal environment.

 

 

Course A Mon 11th April - Mon 6th June 6.15 - 7.15pm
Course B Mon 11th April - Mon 6th June 7.15 - 8.15pm
Course C Mon 11th April - Mon 6th June 8.15 - 9.15pm
Course D Thu 14th April - Thu 9th June   6.15 - 7.15pm
Course E Thu 14th April - Thu 9th June   7.15 - 8.15pm
Course F Thu 14th April - Thu 9th June   8.15 - 9.15pm        

 

One session per week: Malvern Active members £65 and non-members £120

Two sessions per week: Malvern Active members £100 and non-members £200
